We sighted a video on the page of Ghanaian actress, writer, producer who won the 2010 African Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role and people’s choice nominee Lydia Forson reacting negatively to the disrespectful act by some men to women. In the video she said that some men keep on picking up the wrong girls and she’s not the type who pampers anyone who sits in his car and send people to her for her number, in her talks she referred to herself when she was in JSS (JHS), she said, ‘’ Even when I was in JHS and a guy calls me I wouldn’t even go to him because if you want to talk to someone, you need to walk to the person and that’s what respectful people do, that’s what decent people do, that’s what people with courtesy do, don’t sit in your car and send someone to come for my number and think I will give you, why who are you, if you are somebody I’m also somebody’’.
Under her post, she captioned: “I’m somebody oooo yoooo…but honestly it’s not nice to just send someone for a lady/gentleman’s number. We should all know that with the world today we can’t just trust a stranger like that. I love meeting people but let’s all be respectful about it…”
