Nigerian comic actor, Ime Bishop Umoh popularly know as “Okon Lagos” is now a cassava farmer.
As Ghanaian actors and actress were complaining bitterly about the Ghana Movie Industry, its seems Nigerians are also crying about their dead movie industry.
The Nollywood comic actor posted a photo of himself peeling cassava in his village on his twitter handle with the caption, ” @okonlagos tell @teknoofficial say i get plenty cassava #okonlagos #okonrepublic #iyammi #chisos #wosappen
He is not the only actor who is now into farming, some months ago a Ghanaian actor John Dumelo also showed a photo of him at a farm on instagram with caption “This year Ive done 156 acres of corn and 20 acres of beans. Corn is almost ready for harvesting…. #praiseGod#agricisbae #farmer.’
Ime Bishop Umoh (Okon) Ime Bishop Umoh is a Nigerian Actor and Comedian. He was shot into the limelight with his role as a gateman in the 2008 movie Uyai. He is a native of Nsit-Ibom Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State .Imeh Bishop was born on July 15th 1981 into a polygamous family and is his mother’s first child.
